Tranquil Pathways Retreat 18th-21st September

Zoe and Darshana warmly welcome you to join this deeply restorative exclusive women's retreat, nestled in the stunning East Sussex countryside. 

 

Our idea has blossomed from many years of personal growth and work, Darshana as an Ishaya Monk and Zoe as an Energy Practitioner. Our aim is to give you a different perspective on life, reconnect you with your heart space and provide you with some invaluable tools to help guide and navigate you, as you move forward with fresh inspiration. This will harmonise your energy and attain balance in mind, body and soul; anchoring you with a sense of inner peace and calm. 

 

We invite you to take part in our various enlightening workshops and short insightful talks, in a gloriously spacious converted barn - which is a light, bright space, with heated wooden flooring. 

 

You will get to experience the power of sound therapy, guided meditations, chakra alignment with essential oils, crystal grid session to amplify your direction and purpose, along with other supportive modalities.

 

The delightful venue offers a variety of comfortable en-suite bedrooms to rest in. There will be delicious and nourishing food, which includes 3 meals a day, an afternoon snack and herbal teas. You'll also have time to explore the beautifully serene grounds and surrounding woodlands, take a dip in the swimming pool, or simply relax in one of the sitting rooms.

 

We'd love you to come and join us on this enlivening and heart-connecting experience and receive some much needed time for yourself.

Retreat Schedule

18th September 5pm- Sunday 21st September 10am

 

Thursday

5pm Arrival - Drink & snack on arrival.
Welcome meeting and opening circle

Energy Flow Movement Session- to get your energy flowing beautifully after your journeys.

6.30pm-8pm Dinner.

After dinner relaxation- Guided meditation and Sound Bath, an immersive journey of instruments to facilitate deep relaxation.

 

Friday

8-9am Breakfast

1st Morning session: “Moving from the head to the heart”- moving beyond the limitation of the head into the intuitive space of the heart and experiencing our true innate wisdom.

10.30-11am Tea break

2nd Morning session “Watching the mind” – cultivating awareness of your mind and emotions, to transform the experiences of your life.

1-2pm Lunch

Post Lunch: Personal reflection time/group walk/swim

3.30pm Tea and snack

Afternoon session: Essential oil Chakra realignment- using the essence of essential oils to rebalance and harmonise our energetic systems, moving beyond our limiting self-beliefs and stepping into a positivity empowerment with clarity and passion.

6.30-8pm Dinner

After dinner relaxation: Close circle and move into Sound Bath. 

 

Saturday

8-9am Breakfast

9.30am Opening circle- Energy Flow Movement

1st Morning Session: Ancient Ashya guided technique to encourage healing relationship with your self and others.

11am Tea Break

2nd Morning Session “Recognising your unique brilliance”- introducing invaluable tools and rediscover your own individual qualities

1-2pm Lunch

After lunch: Personal Reflection time/walk/swim

3.30 Tea and cake

Afternoon Session: Crystal Grid for your abundant life- using carefully selected crystals to energetically program intensions for living your true authentic life.

6.30-8pm Dinner

After dinner relaxation: Drum Journey- dropping into theta brain wave state to align with hearts desire.

 

Sunday

8-9am Breakfast

9-10am Closing ceremony, goodbyes and bookings for future events!
